As the Culture Audit© Manager for the Great Place to Work® in Canada, Alison Grenier is responsible for the evaluation and reporting of Culture Audit data and writing the Best People Practices report.

With years of experience reading and evaluating Culture Audits, Alison’s extensive knowledge of current policies and practices at Canada’s Best Workplaces provide a valuable resource for the organization. Alison is skilled in high-level analysis of survey data and organizational practices, providing companies with specific feedback on their initiatives to create and sustain a great workplace. Alison has recently put this knowledge into action, co-facilitating Great Place to Work Journey training sessions. Prior to joining the Institute, Alison worked in a variety of human resource roles in both the manufacturing and service sectors.

Alison enjoys making bread (the real way) and exploring beautiful British Columbia with her husband and their four young children. Alison firmly believes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
