Director

Jen Wetherow is Director for Great Place to Work^®in Canada. Jen has been with the Institute since its inception in 2005. Prior to this, she worked as a policy analyst for the federal government and also has management experience with a major charitable organization.

Having worked in the public, private, and not-for-profit sector, she brings a broad understanding of organizational culture. Jen is also a frequent guest speaker and workshop leader at conferences across the country. Participants rave about her enthusiastic and engaging style and appreciate the abundance of "best practice" examples she shares.

At home, Jen's husband, three kids, and two dogs keep the house full of life and laughter. Jen also loves cooking fresh gourmet meals, outdoor adventuring, music festivals, and bird watching.
