Ongoing Organizations hear from Great Place to Work® Institute Canada as to whether or not they have been accepted for participation and receive details on the selection process including: Trust Index© Employee Survey, Culture Audit© and available reporting options.
End of October Deadline for organizations to submit a nomination for upcoming year's list
Ongoing Primary contact confirms organization’s participation, survey dates and selects preferred reporting option
Early November Deadline for organizations to confirm participation for upcoming year's list
Ongoing Employees complete Trust Index© Employee Survey over a 2 week survey period
Mid November Deadline for organizations to complete Trust Index© Employee Survey for upcoming year’s list
Ongoing Primary contact completes and returns Culture Audit© and supplementary materials to Great Place to Work® Institute Canada
Early November Deadline for organizations to submit Culture Audit© for upcoming year’s list
February All organizations notified confidentialy as to whether or not they have made the list
April "Best Workplaces in Canada" list published as a Special National Report in The Globe and Mail
April "Best Workplaces in Canada" Awards Ceremony & Conference
