Organizations invest considerable time preparing their Great Place to Work® Culture Audit© and distributing the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© to their employees for participation in the "Best Workplaces" selection process. What can you get in return?

Customized Benchmark Report

Looking for more detail than the complimentary Feedback Report? What if you could look at your results in the context of your industry peers? Or the organizations you admire most? The Customized Benchmark Report adds over 70 pages of depth to your organization's data, allowing you to identify the most efficient way to target your workplace initiatives.

  • Includes comparisons of your employee responses against three benchmarks of your choosing from the most recent Best Companies lists, such as Top 10 "100 Best" companies, companies of similar size to yours, or a benchmark of any companies important to you. Benchmarks must include at least 5 companies. Additional benchmarks are available for $500 each.
  • Graphically illustrates these comparisons, question by question, providing more background on the Great Place to Work® Model©, which is the basis for our organizational assessment.
  • Provides employee comments - in their own words (edited for anonymity) - to BOTH open-ended questions at the end of the survey:
    • What makes your company or organization a great place to work?
    • What would make your company or organization a better place to work?
    These comments provide compelling evidence of which programs are effective and where employees hope for improvements.
  • Summarizes the HR practices of the Best Workplaces, such as compensation and paid time off, and quantifies business benefits such as low turnover.
  • Additional copies of the report are $100 each.

Organizational Findings Presentation

Do you want the absolute best way to learn from your data? In addition to the Customized Benchmark Report, spend several hours with one of the Institute's consultants gaining a deeper understanding of your data and the Model© behind it.

The consultant walks you through your results and shares lessons gleaned from our research of great workplaces. This session includes a clear explanation of the role TRUST plays in shaping employee's productivity, cooperation and commitment, and covers the essential ingredients that contribute to great workplaces.

In addition to a forum for asking questions specific to your results, you also gain access to selected Best People Practices, which we cull from the our Best Workplaces lists.

This session can be a powerful way to engage a small group of senior leaders or to create a great learning experience for a larger group of managers. The consultant will discuss your needs before hand to ensure the session is designed to best meet your goals.

HOW TO ORDER:

Customized Benchmark Report

  • Select three benchmarks from the list your organization participated in and/or from our other available Lists (Note: any custom benchmark - like "industry"- where you choose the companies, must have at least five companies included in the benchmark).

Organizational Findings Presentation

  • Request a presentation of your Customized Benchmark Report results via our online order form.
  • We contact you to discuss your goals and customize the best practice examples to be presented.
  • A Great Place to Work® consultant visits your premises and meets with organization leaders at a mutually agreed upon date.
  • We will send you an invoice upon your order. Travel expenses will be billed at a later date.
