José Tolovi Neto
Managing Partner
José Tolovi Neto is the Managing Partner for Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. Before starting this position, in 2008, he was a Partner and the Vice President of our Brazilian affiliate, where he is still a board member. Mr. Tolovi Neto has been studying the characteristics of high-trust work cultures for over 10 years and uses this experience to help companies create and sustain great working environments. He has been a guest speaker at several conferences and seminars and is frequently asked to contribute to a variety of business and HR management publications. Prior to joining the Institute, José was a senior business executive in the technology industry, having worked for organizations such as Microsoft and EDS in Brazil, England, Germany and Spain. Mr. Tolovi Neto holds Bachelor and Graduate degrees in business management from FGV (ranked Latin America’s top business school). He has two daughters and lives with his family in Toronto.

Priscila Porto
Operations Manager
Priscila Porto is Operations Manager for Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. Experienced in the online administration of our employee survey in numerous organizations, Priscila ensures that our survey tool functions seamlessly at each client site. An expert at generating different data slices and benchmarking options for survey data, Priscila offers our clients the opportunity to examine their survey results from different detailed perspectives. Priscila holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from ESPM (Brazil) and a Masters degree in Business Administration from FGV in Brazil.

Jen Wetherow
Director
Jen Wetherow is Director for Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. Jen has been with Great Place to Work® Institute Canada since its inception in 2005. Prior to this, she worked as a policy analyst for the federal government and also has management experience with a major charitable organization. Having worked in the public, private, and not-for-profit sector, she brings with her a broad understanding of organizational culture. Jen works with a variety of clients to assess workplace culture, explore options for change, and support the transformation process. Jen is also a frequent guest speaker and workshop leader at conferences across the country. Participants rave about her enthusiastic and engaging style and appreciate the abundance of "best practice" examples that she shares. Jen holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta, a Masters of Public Policy and Administration (MPA) from Carleton University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations.

Brenda Fleming
List Manager
Brenda Fleming is the Best Workplaces in Canada List Manager for the Great Place to Work® Institute Canada, supervising the list process from nominations to publication, and ensuring delivery of reports and services. She has 20 years' experience in a variety of senior administrative roles in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Brenda's strong customer service background, attention to detail and ability to multi-task provide great support to both our office and our clients. Brenda received her Diploma of General Studies from Okanagan College.

Alia Malhotra
Consultant
Alia Malhotra is a Consultant for Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. Working with various clients from different industries, Alia has studied and analyzed many employee survey results. She has an eye for detail and works closely with clients in the development and implementation of post survey action plans and initiatives. Alia holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Industrial Relations from The University of Toronto and is working towards obtaining her Masters in Business Administration.

Alison Grenier
Cultue Audit© Manager
Alison Grenier is Culture Audit© Manager for Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. She is responsible for the evaluation and reporting of Culture Audit© data and creating our Best Practices Report. Prior to joining the Institute, Alison worked for a large Employee Assistance firm, with responsibility for Information Technology and Quality Assurance. Her work experience also includes a variety of human resource functions in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Alison has a strong background in employee training, and throughout her career, has successfully developed and delivered numerous technical and soft skills training programs. Alison holds a Master of Arts degree in Adult Education (Workplace Learning and Change) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of British Columbia.
