What happens when I nominate my company?
We'll reach out to your HR contact (if that's not you) to tell them you think they're great and share more information on how to get certified and qualify for our Best Workplaces™ lists.
To show your workplace you think they're doing an exceptional job! While nominations don’t increase your company’s odds of ranking on a Best Workplaces list, it signals to your business leaders that the organization is ready to take the next step in using your culture to your competitive advantage. Companies that rank on a list see huge benefits, including national press coverage, increased traffic to their websites, an uptick in top-quality job applicants, and more.
Should I submit a nomination if my company is already Great Place to Work-Certified™?
If your company is already Great Place to Work-Certified™, congrats! You do not need to submit a nomination. Your company is already being considered for all Best Workplaces lists, while your Certification is valid.
How are Best Workplaces selected?
We use our For All™ Model and Methodology to evaluate our pool of Great Place to Work-Certified companies. Top performing companies are recognized as Best Workplaces. To become Certified, companies must survey their employees using our flagship assessment, the Trust Index © , and complete a Culture Brief.
