Is it possible to be on more than one Best Workplace list in a calendar year?

Yes, there is no limit on the number of lists you can be featured on.

Do we need to submit anything for Best Workplaces lists?

You don’t need to submit anything once you are Certified, except for the national list of Best Workplaces in Canada. If you have 100 or more employees, you'll need to submit the Culture Audit to be eligible for that list within 30 days after getting Certified.

How and when will we know if we make it to a Best Workplace lists?

If you get selected on any of our Best Workplaces list, you will be notified by us a couple of weeks before the list gets published. For our national Best Workplaces in Canada list, we generally notify the winners three months in advance.

Do all Best Workplaces lists have rankings?

Only the national Best Workplaces in Canada list is ranked; all other Best Workplaces lists are arranged in alphabetical order.

What is the difference between Culture Brief and Culture Audit?

Culture Brief is a quantitative snapshot of your organization with details such as industry you belong to, number of employees, gender ratio in your organization, etc.

Culture Audit, on the other hand, is a subjective analysis of your people practices such as any policy or initiatives in your organization that makes it a great workplace.
