Common Questions

Is there a cost to participate?
The Certification program is offered from $995 onwards. However, during this promotional period, you only pay if and once you get Certified.

Who can participate?
Any organization with 10 to 200 employees is eligible to participate in this promotional offer.

What is the criteria to get Certified?
To get Certified you will need to:
1. Achieve the minimum response rate (we will provide you that number);
2. Achieve 70% or better score on your Trust Index© survey;
3. Pay the survey administration fee ($995);
4. Complete your Culture Brief (available on your Certification portal).

How much time does this process take?
The entire process takes up to 3 weeks between the survey start date and the Certification validation by our team. This time includes the 2-week survey period.

How long will it take to receive Certification after we complete the employee survey?
We will contact you with the results 2 business days after the survey closes.

What happens if we don’t get Certified?
If you do not meet the Certification threshold, you won't need to pay the administrative fee and you can always try again.

For how long is my Certification valid?
The Certification is valid for 12 months. Surveying your employees at least once every year is required to keep the Certification ongoing.

How does the survey work?
After completing the registration, you will be able to select your prefered date to launch the survey. We will then send an invitation email to your employees with a link to the survey. The survey is totally anonymous and will be open for 2 weeks. After the survey closes, we will analyze your results and notify you in 2 business days.

What if my employees do not have a work email?
We offer alternatives for employees without work email. We can create logins and passwords that can be distributed internally.

How long is the survey?
Most participants complete the survey in 10-12 minutes.

What type of questions will be asked in the survey?
We will ask your employees about the organization's leadership, work environment, communication, pride and teamwork.

Are the results of the survey public?
No, your participation and survey data is confidential.

Who should be included in the survey?
All full-time and part-time employees, including interns. Contractual employees are optional.

How many employees out of total need to complete the survey?
We will share this number once we receive your list of employees.

What is Culture Brief?
It is your organization's profile where you'll describe your business and demographics. Completing Culture Brief is mandatory to get Certified.

When is Culture Brief due?
You will be required to complete your Culture Brief in 1 or 2 weeks after your survey is closed.

What is the process to apply for Best Workplaces™ lists?
We'll automatically publish your company name in our lists whenever your Trust Index© scores from your Certification survey meets the minimum criteria for that list!

Do we need to pay any additional fee to get on the Best Workplaces™ list?
No. Once you get Certified, you are automatically eligible for all lists at not extra cost.

Can we receive additional insigts into our survey results?
Yes, you can contact us and request survey reports and/or consulting services at any time. We will be happy to assess your organization's needs and provide you with a proposal.
