LGBT Employer Guide Published by Great Place To Work® Canada and Pride at Work Canada

The LGBT Employer Guide: A practical publication to help organizations develop LGBT inclusive workplaces.

Executives from over 50 companies will attended the LGBT Employer Guide Launch Event on Tuesday, January 31 at the Smith School of Business in Toronto to hear a preview of the latest trends, best practices and findings that are featured in this publication produced by Great Place To Work ® Canada in collaboration with Pride at Work Canada.

Although the launch event was at full capacity with a waiting list to attend, digital copies are available and have been distributed widely.

Jose Tolovi Neto, Managing Partner at Great Place To Work ® Canada, will began the launch presentations with a brief overview of why workplace culture is important and the key factors involved. Tolovi Neto introduced Pride At Work Canada to present highlights from the publication, followed by real-world best practices presented by Robert Mitchell, Manager, Global Programs. Diversity and Inclusion at ‎RBC.
