Following extensive research, Great Place to Work ® has identified the Ten Best Workplaces in Canada for Celebrating Success.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year.

The list of Best Workplaces for Celebrating Success is based on direct feedback from employees of the surveyed organizations, and Great Place To Work ® confirms that the survey data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.

To determine the Ten Best Workplaces for Celebrating Success an average score was calculated from employee responses to four key statements:

• Management shows appreciation for good work and extra effort
• Everyone has an opportunity to get special recognition
• People celebrate special events around here
• When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride

The Best Workplaces in Canada for Celebrating Success are setting a high bar for great workplace culture: among the best ten organizations listed, employee average scores for the statements above have a minimum 96%.

This is the third feature list in the 2017 series of Best Workplaces in Canada that Great Place to Work® is producing to recognize and celebrate an increased number of organizations that are committed to creating good workplace culture.

To complement the annual Best Workplaces in Canada list published annually in April to recognize the best organizations across industries, the feature lists focus on attributes and industry sectors with a deeper level of detail and a greater variety of organizations. Best Workplaces in Canada feature lists to be released in the near future focus on Technology and Manufacturing.
