This session explored the strong link between employee well-being and organizational health, reinforcing the need to support people as whole individuals. Grounded in research conducted with Johnss Hopkins University, the discussion highlighted a holistic view of well-being across five interconnected dimensions: mental and emotional health, personal support, purpose, financial well-being, and meaningful connections at work. A central theme was that well-being is experienced differently by each employee, making continuous listening and responsive, inclusive practices far more effective than one-size-fits-all programs.
