We got our start of out of YCombinator in Silicon Valley in 2008. We were pioneers in free-to-play games and quickly realized that we had a growing business with huge potential. In order to achieve our vision of building massive communities, we decided that we needed to escape the Valley and find a permanent home. The first employees we hired in Vancouver were so brilliant we decided to move our HQ here. Since then we’ve been a part of BC’s tech ecosystem, and are committed to helping the community grow. Our goal is to change how people socialize and play on mobile. We are fascinated by human behaviour and think we do more than just make games: we create unique worlds where powerful social communities can grow and thrive. We currently have six live mobile games titles with another in the early stages of development. We’re a group that values ownership, creative freedom, data driven decisions and meritocracy over hierarchy. We work on products that millions of people use every day and have built some of the most robust online mobile game communities. We are in growth mode and looking for more great people to join our team!
