MCRC's mission is to empower all citizens of Halton’s diverse community by providing programs and supports that are high quality, inclusive, accessible, and affordable, aimed to address the impacts of poverty and inequity within the Early Learning and Child Care sector. Our culture is steeped in the tenets of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. We work to intentionally build safe and positive spaces that are celebratory of all identities. We also have a culture of Trailblazing, in which we encourage employees to work on professional Contribution Plans as a way to build the organization in a collaborative manner.
