We typically work on a retainer basis, which allows us to avoid many of the conflicts that arise from asset-based compensation. While we support the families we serve by presenting many opportunities, as well as execution related to those opportunities, we have no products to sell and no incentive to promote one opportunity over another. All that we have to sell is what we think.
