We have two main areas, first we act as a broker and consultant for employee group benefit and group retirement plans. We work to help primarily US companies understand the landscape in Canada and to build and manage comprehensive plans for their Canadian populations. Second, we act as an extension of our clients HR Teams, providing direct support to Canadian employees throughout their lifecycle with our clients. Through onboarding, life balances all the way to termination and post-termination needs, we are the first point of contact for all things benefits. We are a resource and advocate for the employees.
