PHARA Community Services is North Bay’s Leader in Independent Living, Affordable Housing, and Health Care. PHARA provides services in both official languages to people with disabilities as well as housing opportunities for those with low or moderate incomes. PHARA enhances the quality of life and independence for individuals with disabilities and those facing the effects of aging. Through Housing, Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, Personal Care, Assistive Devices, Community Connections, Low Accuity and Advocacy services by a staff of more than 80 and PHARA promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being, addresses daily needs and fosters independence and community inclusion.
