Rideau Transit Maintenance (RTM) is a 24/7/365 workplace, responsible for maintaining Ottawa’s Confederation Line LRT. RTM maintenance activities are conducted by specialists, engineers, and technicians across Confederation Line stations, tracks, vehicles, systems, and storage facilities.RTM currently employs over eighty individuals and holds pride in following: strict, equitable hiring practices, delivering competitive compensation packages, an advanced EAP, and offering financial support to employees interested in furthering their education, obtaining specialized training or accreditations, or developing their professional careers within the rail sector.
RTM strives to provide all staff with a safe working environment - mentally, emotionally,and physically.
