Genesis Land Development Corp. is a publicly traded real estate company based in Calgary, Alberta. For over 25 years, we have been creating residential communities where families put down roots and build their lives. Our work spans the full development cycle: acquiring raw land, designing and servicing new neighbourhoods, and selling finished lots to homebuilders. Through our homebuilding division, we also design, build, and sell homes directly to buyers. With a team of over 100 people spanning land development, construction, sales, finance, and operations, we are proud to be one of Alberta's established community builders, contributing to the growth of the communities we serve.
