Founded in 2001 by Sam Osmow, who brought his Egyptian culinary roots to Canada, the first location opened in Streetsville (Mississauga). The brand has grown to over 230 locations across Canada and the U.S., operating on a franchise model with training, support, and marketing for franchisees.
