About The Company

Founded in 1954, Beedie is a private real estate development, investment and property management company that positively influences the well-being of people, commerce and community. We are building for good. Our vertically integrated structure addresses all aspects of development, including land acquisition, design, construction, financing and property management. We have steadily grown over the past six decades to become the largest private industrial land owner, developer and property manager in Western Canada, having completed over 35 million square feet of industrial construction across British Columbia and Alberta. We have also expanded into the Ontario and Las Vegas markets. In addition, Beedie has grown its residential division by launching Beedie Living, the group leading all future home building and mixed-use projects.
