Ripple Therapeutics

Ripple Therapeutics, located at the acclaimed MaRS Innovation Centre in downtown Toronto, is a clinical stage company focused on improving ophthalmic therapeutics with controllable sustained delivery implants. Our patented technology platform was founded on a discovery that drugs (e.g. dexamethasone) can be chemically engineered into controlled release pharmaceuticals without the use of polymers or excipients. Ripple boasts state of the art laboratory facilities and currently employs 27 people with 22 team members dedicated to R&D activities with expertise in biochemistry, pharmacology, engineering, chemistry, and process manufacturing. Ripple has several ongoing R&D projects developing novel prodrug materials.
