Canada’s most innovative, sustainable industries are suffering from major skills gaps. We want to fix that! We work with partners to develop rapid training and upskilling programs designed to help participants quickly get jobs in a growing industries. All of our programs are built with employers and industry partners and provide ongoing job search support. We work with academic institutions, researchers and other non-profits to identify in-demand skilling areas, build upskilling curriculum, launch pilot programs and scale existing programs.
