Crossroads International

Every year, Crossroads International engages hundreds of experienced volunteers and staff North and South who apply their expertise locally to address poverty and inequality in Africa. We invest in local partner organizations who are best positioned to meet the needs of their communities. Volunteers fulfil mandates with partners, responding to identified needs and addressing access to justice, economic empowerment, the rights of women and girls, and women's leadership. With our capable staff, partners and volunteers across 11 countries, we pilot innovative approaches to create decent jobs and to empower women and girls to become leaders and live free from violence.
