CARMA was founded in 1977 and was the first Measurement Canada approved supplier of multi-customer electricity submetering systems, and has since installed over 350,000 meters and have over 150,000 suites under contract. We provide submetering systems, billing services, and consumption data for cost recovery and sustainability reporting to residential, commercial, and institutional buildings nationwide.
