About The Company
Access Independent Living Services was born out of a need for 24-hour attendant support services for adults with physical disabilities who wanted to live in and be part of the community. Access has six programs and a team of dedicated Independent Living Assistants (ILAs) who are certified personal support workers delivering services on a one-to-one basis based on the philosophy of Independent Living. Our Consumers consists of adults with physical disabilities who are responsible for directing services and live with autonomy in the community. COMPANY SIZE
