About The Company

McLenehan and Associates is a small firm with a deliberate culture. About 25 of us work here, and we have built the place around a simple idea: people do their best work when they are trusted and well rested. That is why we moved to a four day, 32 hour workweek, why we invest in benefits and compensation, and why we stepped away from audit work to focus on what our people find most rewarding. We are candid with each other, generous with time, and proud that our team and our clients keep sending us the people they care about.
