We are pleased to announce the 2019 list of Best Workplaces™ for Women.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees agree that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender. We determined the best based the overall Trust Index score from female respondents, as well as their programs and practices that promote the fair treatment and advancement of women.
We have published a joint publication with WE EMPOWER program of the UN Women, European Union and the International Labour Organization. This research report considers ways in which the private sector can advance gender equality and women’s empowerment, while providing tangible examples of empowerment in the workplace that support and foster innovation by all.
